Oakmonta & Co is an online jewellery store operated by Harders Products, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. We offer clothing to customers in Ireland and handle orders, payments, and customer support in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping within Ireland is free on all orders. There are no additional handling fees at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 0–1 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days. Total delivery time is usually 4–9 business days.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, our Shipping Policy applies to orders delivered within Ireland. Shipping options shown at checkout determine availability.
What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and tags.
How long do refunds take?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to product availability.

I didn't receive my order. What should I do?

You may cancel or update your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
