Refund policy
At Oakmonta & Co, we want you to feel fully satisfied with every purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
Return Period
You may return your order within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returns are only accepted if the item is returned in new, unused condition, including all original tags and packaging.
Accepted Returns
We accept returns for:
- Unwanted items
- Incorrect size selections
- Colour exchanges
- Defective products
- Incorrectly delivered items
Items showing signs of wear, damage, use, washing, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return or refund.
How to Return an Item
Please follow the steps below to complete your return request:

- Include your order number and reason for the return
- We will provide the return address and return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the parcel using your preferred postal or courier service
Please do not return products without contacting us beforehand.
Return requests are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds and Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout in Euro (EUR).
Customers may also request an exchange or store credit where available.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed successfully.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to product availability.

Exchange requests must be submitted within the same 30-day return period.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Products that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged
- Items missing original packaging or tags
- Personalised or custom-made items where applicable
